  1. Exclusive rental:<\/b> Chata na Skarpie is rented out exclusively as a whole property per night. Individual rooms are not available to rent. <\/li>\n
  2. Number of guests:<\/b> The maximum number of guests is 10.<\/li>\n
  3. CCTV & parking:<\/b> The outdoor area and parking are monitored by CCTV.<\/li>\n
  4. Check-in & check-out:<\/b>\n

    • Check-in is from 4:00 PM<\/b> and check-out is by 10:00 AM.<\/b><\/li>\n
    • We generally welcome guests between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Earlier or later arrivals can be arranged in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Key handover:<\/b> Keys are handed over upon presentation of a valid ID<\/b> by the lead guest. This person is responsible for any damage caused by members of their group. <\/li>\n
    • Access:<\/b> Guests may not allow third parties to use the property.<\/strong> The number of people staying at the cottage must not<\/b> exceed the number declared at the time of booking.<\/b> \n

      • If this is exceeded without the owner’s knowledge or consent, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately without refund. <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Lost keys:<\/b> If keys are lost, guests will be charged a fee of 100 PLN<\/b>.<\/li>\n
      • Safety:<\/b>\n
          \n
        • The hot tub, sauna and children’s play area are available for guests to use.<\/li>\n
        • Chata na Skarpie is not responsible for the safety of children in the play area or hot tub. All use must be supervised by an adult. <\/li>\n
        • Please follow the rules posted at the sauna and hot tub.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • No smoking & no heels:<\/b> Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage<\/b> \u2014 including e-cigarettes. High-heeled shoes are also not permitted indoors.<\/li>\n
        • No strong odours:<\/b> Frying fish, drying mushrooms or anything else that may leave a strong, hard-to-remove smell is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.<\/b> If this rule is not followed, the guest will be charged for professional deodorisation of the property. <\/li>\n
        • Reporting damage:<\/b> Please report any damage or faults that occur during your stay.<\/li>\n
        • Personal appliances:<\/b> The use of personal electrical appliances, gas canisters or any additional equipment is not permitted without the owner’s prior consent.<\/li>\n
        • Pets:<\/b> Pets are not allowed.<\/b><\/li>\n
        • Cleanliness & condition on departure:<\/b> Guests are required to return the cottage in the same condition they found it.<\/b> This includes washing up all dishes and kitchen equipment before leaving, emptying the fridge and leaving it clean, and returning all garden furniture to its original place. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from the deposit. <\/li>\n
        • Misuse:<\/b> Guests will be charged for any misuse of the property, unauthorised use of fire extinguishers, or damage requiring equipment replacement.<\/li>\n
        • Quiet hours:<\/b> Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During this time, guests are asked not to disturb others. <\/li>\n
