Personal details required: When making a booking, you’ll need to provide your full name, phone number, email address, number of guests and dates of stay. These details are required to complete your booking.
Data processing: By making a booking, you agree to your personal data being stored in our database. The data administrator is Dorota Oczkowicz, ul. Jęczmienna 22, 44-141 Gliwice. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of processing your booking. You have the right to access and update your personal data at any time.
Booking conditions:
Minimum 2-night stay (may vary depending on the time of year)
Stag/hen parties and similar events are not permitted
No pets

SPA package: Every stay includes access to the SPA package, which covers use of the wood-fired hot tub and sauna. Please note that in the event of a technical issue preventing use of the hot tub or sauna, no compensation will be offered.
Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit has been paid into our account. Payment must be made within 2 days of the booking being made. If payment is not received within this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Payment for your stay: The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. This applies even if a deposit has already been paid. Payment for the stay can be made: a) Cash on arrival b) Bank transfer (must be received by the day of arrival) c) Debit/credit card
Security deposit: A mandatory security deposit of 800 PLN is payable on arrival. The deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of check-out to the bank account provided by the guest, provided no damage or rule violations have been found. If any damage or violations are identified, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount returned to the guest.
Cancellation policy:
Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed time will result in automatic cancellation of the booking
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable
By paying the booking deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted both these Booking Terms and the Terms & Conditions of Stay, and that your booking has been successfully placed.
